Helping Caregivers get through the dementia journey with

self-compassion and kindness

…So that you can:

1. preserve your health

2. keep important relationships in-tact

3. help your family pull through together

as a caregiver,

Have you ever felt profoundly honored to care for someone you love, and also like it’s the most difficult challenge you have ever faced?

have you ever felt guilty for feeling resentful? (or resentful for feeling so guilty all the time?)

Caregiving is the hardest job there is. It can be lonely, isolating, confusing, infuriating, shocking and boring all at the same time!

Caregiving changes you, challenges you, pushes you to your limits….

Don’t let it break you….

Imagine instead …

being able to breathe again, knowing you are (doing) enough.

Imagine …

  • Being supported in your grief without feeling consumed by it.

  • Having expert guidance as you navigate relationships forever changed by dementia.

  • Building a life that tends to your spirit without compromising care for your loved one.

Hi, I’m liz.

I walked with my mother-in-law through her dementia journey from the time she was diagnosed with early-onset Alzheimer’s (at just 51 years old, when I was 24), until her death 15 years later. Professionally, I am a Chaplain, Educator, and Coach.

I can help you get through the arduous, long goodbye with generosity and kindness left for yourself and others.

Making a way where there seems to be no way:

Emotional Support: help navigating the intense emotional landscape of dementia caregiving

Education & Guidance: on disease progression, resources, discerning transitions

Growth: dementia is like a huge steaming pile of manure. You can turn it into fertilizer.

Community: prioritizing the friendships and community that will sustain you for the long run.

Caring for yourself, “the invisible second patient,” is essential.

Create a plan that works for you, your loved one, and your family.

Through my personalized spiritual care and coaching, I’ll work alongside you to develop an integrated plan tailored to you. You can create a life that will support and sustain you and your loved one through the hardest moments of the dementia journey.
